Shipping & Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of yarn or fiber for any reason please email us at [email protected] and we will accept a return for store credit or refund within 60 days of date of purchase.  Yarn must be in original condition.  Wound skeins of yarn cannot be accepted for return.  Fiber must be in original condition, not washed, spun or felted.  We will credit your account once the product has been returned to us.  All sales of patterns, books, or sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for return.

For all returned merchandise please include the order number and email address so that we can process the return to your account. Please note we cannot refund the original shipping cost or cover the cost of return shipping.

Please notify us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your package if anything is wrong with your order, and we will gladly correct the mistake.
